I've spent 24 years in the forces. I've been a first officer on the QE2, and the owner of two care companies.
Over that time I've experienced first hand mental health challenges faced by colleagues and friends. This inspired me to complete a mental health first aid course with First Aid Awards Ltd and to become a fully qualified NUCO trained instructor.
